I liked it.... but Will's part... it was interesting... but it just wasn't him, but then again after all that happened he could of turned the way that he did. I just think with what happened, Will's part would of been better if it were ashley instead if she was still alive... It just seemed like he was trying to be her...
Geek: slang term, noting individuals as "a peculiar or otherwise odd person, especially one who is perceived to be overly obsessed with one or more things including those of intellectuality, electronics, etc." Formerly, the term referred to a carnival performer often billed as a wild man whose act usually includes biting the head off a live chicken, bat, snake or bugs. The 1976 edition of the American Heritage Dictionary included only the definition regarding geek shows.

I think Will's part totally rocked and Robin did a very convincing job with the role...it was one of his fave episodes to do he said at Haven 1...I was totally convinced he could have turned out like that considering the horrendous circumstances.

The shower scene with Helen was quite shocking and as always Amanda was sheer brilliance, putting everything into this episode.

When Will said 'we had a baby' and paused before saying with Kate I was squeeing...only for a second...I could have lived with it seeing as it would have been an alternate kinda scenario.

I was dying for Helen to hug Will causally at the end, or at least put her hand on his arm...but it didn't happen...and Will was totally himself again... :D

Anyone else see the ratings for this season:

10/9 --1.85 million viewers
10/16-- 1.766 <= Ashley suspected death
10/23 --1.694 <= Ashley confirmed death
10/30 --1.606
11/6 -- 1.420

Notice the trend? So, why do you think the numbers are falling off? 274,000 is a lot of viewers to loose in a 2 week period. :o

Well, I could take a wild guess...but do I really need to add fuel to the fire.

TBH, do I think that it has some what to do with the demise of Ashley...yes

Do I think that it has something to do with the change in direction of the show...a big YES

Don't get me wrong, I love the show, but it has lost something from the webseries and it has only further lost something between season 1 and season 2, and that not being just Ashley.

The 24 style editing drives me nuts. I HATE 24 and now I feel like I'm watching it - A real visual turnoff for me. There haven't really been any surprises this season. The things that interest me most seem to be swept aside to focus on other things that are less interesting. it's like there is TONS of awesome setup but no follow-through. Lots of missed opportunities to be amazing. I don't hate it either but it is not as interesting as I'd like it to be. It's no longer at the top of my list of things to watch on Friday night. I tend to find myself waiting till Tuesday or Wednesday now since I only have an hour or two after work Friday through Tuesday to watch stuff or get work done online. *sigh*

Season 2 shooting ended months ago because they spend so much time in post production. So, unless she's already back and it's under wraps, then it's not happening. too late for her to be brought back this season. IF Sanctuary gets a season 3, I have a strong feeling EU may already have other obligations....

Well i just watched the latest epi and thought it was ok. I knew what Jack was saying straight away when he was signing to Henry "BAD FOOD!" Everyone was so cuaght up about him being the bad guy that even the two blokes who could "Sign" didn't try and listen to him. it was quite annoying really..

And the chick... what was her name.. in the show.. grrrr... hate when that happens.. Anyway she has been in stargate and i'm trying to rememeber what episode she was in as well.

Edit: Oh and i forgot to mention Ryan aka Henry in this episode! another stellar performance from him! Now will somebody PLEASE give him a lead role in something? Don't let him be consigned to those " Oh he has been in heaps of things but i can't quite remember his name"

My only complaint with this week's episode is that by 18 minutes into it, I had it all figured out. *sigh* Still, Ryan is as always, amazing, and the final scene had me teary eyed.

He does deserve as much screen time and headliners as he can get! I can't wait to see him as Charles Manson in Leslie My Name Is Evil and RIESE.

Always good to see Colin Cunningham and lots more of RyRo :D

Felt it was a bit of a week episode compared to Pavor Nocturnus, but miles better than Hero...

*nods* it was too transparent. It was nice to see a RyRo-centric episode though. It is an ensemble, not the Helen/Will show.

Yes it was a pretty simple to figure out this epi, but we are going to have that from time to time with any show we are Geeks after all :P

I have been watching S2 on Hulu, so I have to find S1 to catch everything I missed.

Loved the latest episode, Veritas, I really wanted Declan to be the bad guy...cool it wasn't as I want to see him in the rest of the season.

Amanda and Robin both fantabulous in this episode!! :D

Best bit Henry and BigFoot at the end :)

That last one was pretty average in my opinion. Couldn't they have thought up of a more exciting mid season cliff hanger?

And i knew Helen's reticence had something to do with Ashley. It was pretty obvious since they haven't really discussed since the beginning of the season.

surfing off Tasmania? Why the hell are they there on not at Kira point or D-Bar just around the corner from my place? The surfing is the best in Australia there except for Bells beach over in Western Australia.

I didn't see tonights episode yet but I did watch last weeks finally. My main thought is, erm... it seems like they are trying to force some sexual chemistry into some scenes and it's not just seeming to happen to me. idk, I just don't see it. :? Or am I imagining it?
