Doctor Who: "Time Crash" Special

New postby Raven Kai » Fri Nov 23, 2007 8:30 pm

Hello everyone. I'm not sure if you had a chance to see this or not but I thought I would share.

Our mission is to positively change the lives of disadvantaged children and young people in the UK. Our vision is a society where each and every child and young person is supported to realise their potential.

Doctor Who has been producing exclusive content for this annual event. Here's 2007's scene that takes place in the final moments of the series Three finale: http://ravenkai.com/Downloads/TimeCrash.avi

I have 2005 ready to upload and I will also be uploading 2006 as soon as I can find it.

Enjoy!

"I love being you. You're my doctor."

*Gets teary eyed just thinking about it*

I know what you mean. Speaking of doctors bumping into each other, today I was back at the book shop where I found the Doctor Who books and there was a new one ... "The Two Doctors" which technically is the 100th book in the series and written by the same man who wrote the eps. The plot line Has, I believe 6 traveling back to face the Sontarans (timely eh?) and finding his believed to be dead self (2 I think) Anyway, really gets ya wondering... How can the future self not know if his past self is dead or alive? Really, are we talking alternate time lines now? *scratches head*

Raven, the doctor knows if he is alive in a particular time or not because when he regenerates, his old body dies. He remembers all his times and when his old body wore out and he got the new one. It's all one reality with a lot of lane shifting. :D

He does get stuck places and has had some regenerations that have not gone smoothly (4th to 5th, Tom to Peter). And he was stuck here on Earth in England for years and years by the Council on Galifrey when they dismantled the T.A.R.D.I.S. (most of #3, Jon). They didn't really dismantle it, just erased the part of his memory that could operate it. That is, if I remember correctly... :)

Do not feel bad dear friends. I have been a Whovian since I was 14 so may have more show experience but the love of the Doctor never changes. 8)
