It's really quite good and there are a range of different things you can do, like Yoga, aerobic, balance and muscle workouts...you start of basic and the more you do, the better more advanced games you unlock for each section. The Wii is also compatible with DDR (Dance, Dance Revolution) which brings a mat and the Wii board is also compatible with with EA sports Active which is the new thing in exergaming atm...Joey & CrazyChick on AR have it and I'm getting it soon as, got some cool accessories :D

Like anything if you don't use it you don't benefit...so I try to use it as often as I can for at least 40 mins, but still 20 mins is fine or whatever...you can programme in a fitness regime with your intended weight loss over a certain period and it weighs you and tests your BMI and Wii fit Age compared to your real age...

I was 66 when I fist got it, but now I'm 33 which is accurate, still I haven't lost weight as I'm toning up instead...lol

A girlfriend is a lovely and mysterious creature that can be your best friend or your worst enemy, SGater84. Many are wonderful creatures full of love and many are demons that will leech away your soul. Not having one is not necessarily a bad thing.

It comes with a microphone, a drum set and an guitar and you can choose to play solo on either instrument or vocals OR you can play with a band with each of you picking your role. I was singer and sang "Roxanne" by the Police and scored Perfect. :P
