Web Comics

New postby Telkesh » Sun Sep 07, 2008 6:32 am

I'm going to share with you guys some of my favourite webcomics on the internet, just because i can.

Looking for Group
I'm starting off with this one because alot of geeks play WoW thesedays. While this is not a warcraft comic, you'll notice alot of little references to both it, and the author's extensive fantasy series collection. It had a great ever evolving plotline that is constantly changing, keeping it interesting, while still being hilarious

Super Stupor
Extremely adult humour in this one, While it is a super heroes comic is if a far shy away from the incredibles. Just look at the first comic to see what it's like. I think it's a good comic, although still pretty new.

So they're the only 2 I remember right now. feel free to share your fsvourite webcomics, too!

ElfQuest is one of the best EVER! It's been going for 25 years! They just signed a movie deal. It's not your typical comic. I highly recommend!

They'd probably need to make a few movies just to get the storyline right...

Richard and Wendi were joking about all the jokes there just wasn't room for in the comics so in the movie, you can expect to see more of wolves peeing on people's legs and 'Skywise will get bit in the balls' :P

Sounds like the usual deal.

"If he bites you bite him back"
I love the storyline, but that line made me laugh out loud.

:) I started reading EQ when I was a kid. As an adult, the idea of a kid reading a comic with an orgy in it makes me balk but thinking back to when I was a kid, I was too naive to realize the full extent of what was happening in those pages. They are wonderful stories. I even named one of my toons on WoW Clearbrook. :)

In the book, Peter Pan, Tinkerbell and some of her fairy friends return home from an orgy.

Uh, no, not food. Peter Pan wasn't really a children's story. You have only to go as far as when Peter and Wendy get to the part where they, uh, fly out of the window together before you discover how the book actually is. Very good read though. :)

Yes, Aaron. I am serious.
But perhaps they'll make a web comic of it. :)
